Emergency Services

Mountains View Veterinary provides emergency care services during office hours; if you have an emergency, please call 931-668-0278 to let us know you are on your way. Due to our high call volume, if you are unable to connect with a staff member, and the emergency is during office hours, please head over to our clinic for emergency medical care.
When possible, we offer Flexible Appointments for same day visits for sick or non-emergency injured dogs and cats. Please call or text our office to receive a same-day work-in time. Regular appointments are prioritized, unless your pet has an emergency. While we make every effort to see your pet in a timely manner, you may have a 1-2 hour wait. Please call or text us at 931-668-0278 to connect with a staff member.
Additionally, we provide After Hours Consultation from 5:30-8:00 p.m. weekdays, Saturdays from 12:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sundays, from 12:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. This service is consultation only to determine if your pet requires emergency care or is able to come in the following business day. Please leave a message and your call will be returned within 2 hours or less. If your pet is experiencing an acute emergency; hit by car, dog fight, gunshot, heart attack or stroke, please contact Animal Medical Center in Murfreesboro at 615-867-7575 or your preferred 24/7 emergency pet hospital
