Payment Policy
Payment is expected at time of service. However, we realize the unexpected can happen and when it does, we will work with you to take care of your pet. CareCredit and Payment Plans are available. To inquire about a payment plan, please contact us.
• Payment plans are approved by the attending veterinarian.
• Medications, including preventatives, must be paid for at the time of pick up.
• Payment in full is required for visits totaling $200.00 or less.
Surgeries:
A deposit totaling half the estimated surgery fees will be required at time of booking. This does not apply for spays, neuters and dentals. The deposit will go towards the final bill. If you cancel the surgery within 48 hours of the scheduled date, your deposit will be refunded or you may use the funds towards a future visit. Deposits will be credited to your account for cancellations under 48 hours.
