Payment Policy
Outpatients:
Payment is expected at time of service. We accept cash, personal check, credit/debit cards and CareCredit for outpatient services. At this time, we do not allow payment plans on outpatient services (examples: annuals, medical visits, same day visits). Please note, we currently do not charge you a merchant fee to use your credit card.
Surgeries/In-patient:
A deposit totaling half the estimated surgery fees or hospitalization will be required at time of scheduling/intake. This does not apply for spays, neuters and dentals. The deposit will go towards the final bill. If you cancel the surgery within 48 hours of the scheduled date, your deposit will be refunded or you may use the funds towards a future visit. Deposits will be credited to your account for cancellations under 48 hours.

Please note: As of July 1, 2026, Varidi payment plans may only be used for surgeries or in-patients stays totaling $500 or more and payments no longer than 12 months.
