After-Hours Phone Consultation

Our 24/7 after-hours triage team of certified technicians is always available to help determine if your pet needs emergency care or if it can wait until the next business day.

Doctor Consultations

If your pet is an active patient who has been treated at our clinic within the past 30 days (including post-surgery care), our team can connect you with our on-call veterinarian for a phone consultation.

• Available Hours: Weekdays from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and weekends from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Emergency Fees

If a veterinarian needs to examine your pet after hours, there is a $125 emergency fee, which will be charged in addition to any medical services, treatments, or medications.
